Editorial policy
Driveways Warrington aims to publish practical guidance in plain language, with assumptions and limits stated clearly.
Plain English first
Pages should explain cost, drainage, maintenance and planning issues in straightforward UK English. If a trade term matters, it should be explained rather than used as decoration.
Useful pages only
New pages should add something genuinely useful or clearer than what is already on the site. Repetition without extra value is not the goal.
Recommendations must fit the problem
Any recommendation or external reference should match the problem on the page and be useful in that context. For example, winter safety references belong on winter-risk pages, while line-marking references belong on bay-layout or marked-surface pages.
Corrections matter
If something needs correcting, it should be updated rather than left in place because it sounds tidy.
